Whisk until ingredients are fully combined.Brush marinade on the salmon. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 10 minutes and up to 1 day. Chef Tip: score the salmon with a sharp knife by carefully cutting about 3/4 of the way through the flesh of the fish in one direction. Make sure cuts are not all the way through the fish. Turn the fish and cut again to make a crosshatch (or intersecting parallel) pattern. This will allow the marinade to penetrate the fish extra well. When you’re ready to bake your fish, preheat the broiler and heat a baking sheet for 10 minutes prior to placing the fish on. Remove fish from the marinade (reserving in the bowl for later), place on the hot pan and broil for 5 minutes. Remove the fish, glaze the fish using the marinade. Finally, place the fish back into the broiler for another 2 minutes, watching carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn. Alternatively, you can air fry on high for 5 minutes, glaze, and back in the air fryer for another 5 minutes.Serve with rice, salad, your favorite side dish or all by itself!Did you make this recipe?Tag @thegoldenbalance on instagram and hashtag it #thegoldenbalance seafoodhealthy Leena Ahmed
