Add in the flour and toss to coat the wings. In a medium bowl stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, dried dill, salt and pepper and MSG. Adjust the seasoning and consistency to your liking and set aside in the fridge until ready to serve with the wings Heat a large pot with the oil over medium high heat until the oil reaches 360FFry the wings until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the wings to a sheet tray lined with paper towels or a metal rack and set aside. In a pan combine the jalapeno sauce and hot honey and bring to a simmer over high heat, once bubbling, remove from the heat and toss with the wings in a large bowl.
