Ingredients

Ramen:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 chicken breast (about 6 oz)

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 2 packages Immi® Black Garlic Chicken Ramen

  • 2 tsp lite Mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp sriracha (or to taste)

To garnish: 

  • sesame seeds 

  • green onions, sliced

 

Directions

Step 1

For a soft boiled egg, bring a pot of water to a boil over medium high heat. Gently lower the eggs into the pot. Once the water returns to a gentle boil, start your timer for six minutes. Continue to cook uncovered. Plunge into an ice bath immediately after the timer goes off.

Step 2

Season chicken breast and air fry. Small breasts (5 to 7 ounces): 7 to 10 minutes / Medium Breasts (8 to 10 ounces): 10 to 12 minutes / Large breasts (11 ounces or more): 12 to 16 minutes. Allow to rest and slice before serving.

Step 3

Bring water to boil, add noodles and cook for 7 to 9 minutes (or as directed on package). Once done, drain noodles. Reserve noodle water. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the lite mayonnaise, sriracha chili paste, packaged Raman season and reserved noodle water.

Step 4

To serve, place cooked noodles in a serving bowl, some of the water it was cooked in. Then, carefully crack boiled egg, slice in half lengthwise, and place on top of the ramen, along with the sliced chicken, sesame seeds and green onion.
