Place large baking sheet inside oven to prewarmIn a small bowl combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and chipotle powder. Set aside.In a medium size mixing bowl add Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and hot honey. Then pour in the dry seasoning mixture. Begin to whisk and slowly drizzle in olive oil. Set sauce aside.Wash Brussel sprout thoroughly, cut the top stem off and split in half, place in large bowl, pat dry. Next, pour the sauce onto the Brussel sprouts, and stir to fully coat.Spray nonstick cooking spray onto warm baking sheet. Pour coated brussels sprouts flat side down. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip Brussel sprouts.
