• 1 tsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped
• 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, rough chopped
• 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, rough chopped
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 2-4 tsp olive oil
• 8 oz brie cheese
