VIRAL PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 lb tri color rotini (or your favorite pasta shape) cooked according to package to al dente
• 1 large cucumber, diced
• 8 oz cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• 1 cup shredded carrot
• ½ cup green olives, cut into quarters
• ¼- ⅓ cup olive garden signature italian dressing
• 1 Tbsp seasoning salt of choice

Instructions

1. In a large bowl combine the pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, red onion and olives. Toss to combine
2. Pour in the salad dressing then the seasoning salt. Toss thoroughly to bring everything together. Let marinate in the fridge overnight or for several hours.
3. Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
