Stir together the crema, hot sauce, parsley and salt and set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add a generous spray of cooking oil to the pan and add in the ground beef. Break up the meat with a spatula or wooden spoon as it browns. Season the beef with the taco seasoning and stir to combine. Cook the meat for 5-6 minutes till browned and cooked through. Stir in the tomato paste, flour and water and cook the beef for another 1-2 minutes until the meat is saucy and nicely browned. Remove from the heat and set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Place a flour tortilla in the pan, then add ¼ of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla. Once the cheese is melted and tortilla is warm, remove it from the pan and place a crispy taco shell inside the cheesy tortilla.
