Cut the chicken thighs into roughly 1 inch pieces then toss with the seasoning blend to fully coat all the pieces. Thread the chicken thigh chunks onto a skewer that will fit in your airfryer, packing them somewhat tightly onto the skewer to keep them from drying out. Cook in the airfryer at 400F for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and nicely browned. While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a small sauce pan then add in the red pepper flakes and let toast for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the garlic paste and cook for another 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped cilantro. Immediately after the chicken comes out of the air fryer, paint the butter sauce evenly over all the chicken.
