Ingredients

  • 2 lobster Tails

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1-2 tsp old bay

  • Parsley to taste

    Stuffing:

  • 4 ounces crab meat

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 Tbsps mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Old Bay seasoning to taste

  • parsley to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cut through the back of the lobster shell, straight down the center. Then gently lift the tail meat to rest above the shells. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. In a saucepan over medium high heat add butter, garlic and old bay. Allow the butter to melt, occasionally stirring. Once butter is melted, turn off heat, then add parsley and stir to combine.

Step 3

Brush each portion of the tail meat with about a teaspoon of the melted butter mixture and reserve the rest for later. Broil the tails for about 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can use a kitchen blow torch. In a bowl, delicately mix the breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and old bay until thoroughly combined. Divide mixture evenly and form into two oval patties. Place on the center of the lobster tails and gently press to secure.

Step 4

Bake the lobster tails for 15 to 20 minutes. Internal temperatures of lobster tail should reach 145 degrees. Once done, remove and cover with remaining melted butter mixture.
