Ingredients

• 1 package ramen noodles of choice
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 egg

Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in the ramen noodles to cook according to package instructions.
2. In a serving bowl or soup bowl, add in the mayonnaise along with the seasoning packets of the ramen you are using. Crack in the egg and whisk everything together into a sauce.
3. Stir in ½ cup of the hot cooking liquid from the noodles and stir vigorously to create the sauce. Add in the noodles and enjoy a delicious ramen experience.
