GARLIC STEAK BITES May 31 Written By Leena Ahmed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZNL5lCu8B8 PrintGARLIC STEAK BITESYield 4Prep time10 MinCook time10 MinTotal time20 MinIngredients2 filet mignon steak, cut into 1 inch cubes1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp Dijon mustard1-2 tsp Traeger beef rub or seasoning saltGarlic Butter Sauce:1 large sprig of fresh rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped6 cloves garlic1 stick butter1 tsp Beef rub or seasoning saltInstructionsPreheat a charcoal grill with a full chimney of coals.In a large bowl toss the cubed steak with the worcestershire sauce, olive oil, mustard and seasoning. Skewer the cubes on long metal skewers and set aside.While the coals preheat, make the garlic butter sauce. Add the garlic and chopped rosemary to a mortar and pestle and grind into a paste. Melt the butter in a large saute pan, then add the garlic and rosemary paste and cook until fragrant but not browned. Remove from the heat and pour into a heat proof bowl.When the coals are ready, place the skewers on the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and begin basting the butter sauce on the meat with a brush.
