Preheat your oven to 350F. Portion the ground beef into 12, roughly 2.5oz balls and flatten into small disks to create the slider patties. Season both sides evenly with seasoning and set aside at room temperature. In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients for the burger sauce and set aside in the fridge until ready to assemble. Grill the slider patties to medium rare, about 4 minutes per side. (optionally, smoke the patties prior to grilling for about 30 minutes on low). Remove the patties from the grill and loosely cover with foil. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat and add a little oil and the sliced onions. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the onions are nicely caramelized. Pour in the worcestershire sauce and cook for 1 minute more, then remove from heat and set aside for assembly. Slice the whole sheet of hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, no need to separate them as they will be cut after assembling. Layer on the caramelized onions evenly, then top with the slider patties over each roll, then a layer of burger sauce, then the shredded cheese. Place the top of the buns over everything and place in the 350F oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes then cut into portions and serve.
