Whisk until fully mixed.Add chicken into the marinade. Toss until fully coated, cover and refrigerate to marinade. 8 hours is suggested.Thread the chicken on skewers. Bake on a rack-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes, then flip each skewer and return to the over to bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. You can also grill outdoors on medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes per sideTo make slaw, in a medium bowl combine cabbage, mayonnaise, vinegar and seasoning of your choice. Toss until cabbage is fully coated.To make the special sauce, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, vinegar and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Whisk together until fully mixed.Make potato crisps by thinly slicing a potato using a mandolin. Place them in a bowl of ice water for 30 seconds.
