Add spinach, salt and pepper and cook until spinach is wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes. Then pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.In a medium size combine cream cheese and creamy spinach mixture. Stir until fully combined.Season butterflied salmon filets with Cajun seasoning. Spread about 3 to 4 Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture evenly and roll into a pinwheel. Repeat with the other 3 butterflied salmon (strips).Bake the pinwheels for 15 to 20 minutes.
