Toss thoroughly to coat all the meat with seasoning and set aside. Arrange the goat meat in an even layer inside a large roasting pan or sheet tray Roast the goat in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove the meat from the oven and add the sliced onion scattered evenly over the top of the meat and return to the oven for another 45-60 minutes.
