To one bowl whisk together the all purpose flour and seasoning blend, to another bowl whisk together the eggs, water and hot sauce, and to the third bowl add the breadcrumbs or crushed cereal. To bread the chicken: dip the chicken pieces into the seasoned flour and coat them entirely in flour, shake off any excess then submerge the chicken into the egg mixture, let any excess egg drip off then place the chicken into the breadcrumb or cereal coating and pat to cover the entire thing is the coating.Place the coated chicken onto the prepared sheet tray with the wire rack and spray liberally with cooking spray on both sides. Cook the chicken in the preheated oven or airfryer for 10-12 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces, flipping it over half way through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked all the way through. Serve tenders with sauce for dipping or make a chicken sandwich with the thighs.
