PROTEIN PIZZA
Ingredients
bread of choice (tortilla, pita, baguette)
2-3 Tbsp marinara sauce
4 oz ground beef, cooked
2 oz low fat mozzarella cheese
handful of pickled peppers
fresh greens of choice (arugula, spinach and kale are all great choices)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Spoon enough marinara sauce onto the bread to spread and fully cover, then spread cooked ground beef, cheese and pickled peppers.
Step 3
Place in the oven directly on the rack for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and top with fresh greens. Slice and serve hot!
