Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice 

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon or to taste

  • 2 tsp chia seeds 

Topping suggestions: 

  • berries

  • peanut butter

  • sliced almonds 

  • granola

  • honey

  • maple syrup

 

Directions

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a large glass container. Depending on the size of your container, add a little more milk if necessary, to make sure ingredients are covered by about 1 inch. Shake to combine.

Step 2

Sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy right from the glass container, or pour into a serving bowl and add your toppings of choice!
