Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 2 large roasted red peppers

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses 

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

 

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor place the walnuts, red pepper and onion. Pulse for just about 10 seconds until the nuts are roughly chopped. Then, drizzle in the pomegranate molasses. Next add the hot pepper paste, tahini, coriander, cumin, bread crumbs and salt. Pulse until mostly smooth.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to a serving plate or bowl. Top with chopped walnuts and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita bread, chips, vegetables or as a sandwich spread and enjoy!
