MANGO LASSI
Ingredients
3 champagne mangos, sliced, or 1 cup mango puree
1/3 cup full fat yogurt
1 Tbsp sugar, honey or agave
1/2 cup milk (your preference)
1 tsp cardamom
1/4 cup ice cubes (or frozen mangos)
Directions
Put mango, yogurt, milk, sweetener of choice and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Enjoy every refreshing sip!
