In a food processor combine the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and parsley and pulse into a smooth paste. Add this mixture to a large bowl along with the ground meat tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, cumin, coriander, mint, allspice, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix this together with a large spoon or gloved hands until its a cohesive paste. Portion the dough into 5 equal balls, about 4-5oz each. Roll out the dough as thin as you can without it tearing, then spread an even layer of meat over the whole dough round. Bake one or two at a time in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the dough is crispy and the meat is browned and delicious smelling. Remove from the oven and repeat with remaining flat breads, serve immediately and enjoy.
