JAPANESE MAYO RAMEN

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced 

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten 

  • 1 Tbsp Japanese mayonnaise

  • 1 Packaged instant ramen with seasoning

 

Directions

Step 1

In a medium size serving bowl add garlic, egg, mayonnaise and packaged seasoning. Whisk until fully combined.

Step 2

Cook ramen as directed by package directions. Once done, remove noodles (reserve water) and add to the serving bowl with seasoned mayo mixture. Pour in about 1/2 cup of the reserved noodle water to create broth and mix well. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy nice and hot!
