Season both sides of the patties with garlic powder, chipotle chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper.Make the sauce in a small bowl by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, jalapeño and seasoning of your choice. Stir together then set aside.Heat a skillet over high heat. Lightly spray with avocado oil. Place patties in the skillet in batches so as to not crowd them and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip, then add 1 slice of cheese to each patty. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, till the cheese is melted.To assemble the burger, spread sauce to the bottom half of the bun. Then stack two patties with melted cheese. Top with pickles and the top bun.
