Then coat chicken with seasoning mixture.Preheat pan on medium high heat. Add chicken breast. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Flipping every 3-4 minutes. While chicken is still in the pan, pour teriyaki sauce, and minced garlic. (Pro tip: base the chicken by continuing to spoon sauce and garlic onto the chicken). Once done, slice into 1 inch strips. Set aside.To blanch broccoli, start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, submerge chopped broccoli florets into the pot. Let stand for only about 60-90 seconds, so keep an eye out for when the color changes from dull green to bright green. Then remove and drop in a bowl of ice water.Heat large pan on medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray, add blanched broccoli, then pour desired amount of teriyaki sauce.Cut rested chicken into 1 inch slices.You can serve over cooked rice or serve the chicken and broccoli all by itself!
