Ingredients

• 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
• 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp chili crisp
• 8 oz pre-cooked udon noodles

Instructions

1. In a large bowl stir together the minced garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili crisp until fully combined.
2. Heat the udon noodles in the microwave for 90 seconds (or alternatively briefly soak in warm water). When warmed through, toss in the garlic sauce and enjoy.
