Trim off the ends and slice them in half lengthwise. Place the sprouts in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.Take out the sheet tray from the oven and spread the brussel sprouts evenly. Return to the oven and roast until browned and crispy, about 15 minutes. Turn the sprouts over half way through cooking.Remove from the oven and add to a serving bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese.
