Add in the ground beef and break up into chunks with a wooden spoon or spatula. Once the meat begins to brown, add in the spices and stir to combine.Let cook 1-2 minutes, till the spices become fragrant, then add in the garlic and hot pepper paste. Stir to combine everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Drizzle in the pomegranate molasses, stir to combine, then remove the beef mixture to a large bowl to cool.Once the meat has cooled down, stir in the shredded cheese. Clean out the skillet from the beef and set it over medium heat. Place 1 tortilla in the skillet then fill once half of it with about ½ cup of the meat filling mixture.
