Combine all the spices in a small bowl, then sprinkle half that mixture all over the shrimp on both sides.Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat and add in the olive oil. Cook the shrimp for about 1 minute per side then remove to a plate and return the pan to the heat. Add in a little extra olive oil if necessary, then the minced garlic.Cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and starting to brown then pour in the heavy cream and the rest of the spice blend and stir, scraping up any bits on the pan. Bring to a simmer then add in the cheese.Lower the heat to medium low and simmer for 5-8 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened. Add the shrimp back into the sauce, then the cooked pasta and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the pasta to absorb that sauce.
