HEALTHY NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN WINGS May 10 Written By Eleanor Debel PrintHEALTHY NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN WINGS Yield 2-4Prep time10 MinCook time30 MinInactive time30 MinTotal time1 H & 10 M Ingredients 2 lbs split chicken wings 1 lemon, juiced 2-3 Tbsp nashville hot chicken seasoning blend ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce Light cooking spray 1 tsp honey 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro InstructionsPreheat your oven to 450 F. In a large bowl add the chicken wings, half the lemon juice, nashville hot seasoning blend and buffalo hot sauce. Toss the wings until they are completely coated in seasoning and then let sit for 30 minutes to marinate. Line a sheet tray with foil and then place a wire rack into the tray. Lightly spray the rack with cooking oil to prevent the wings from sticking. Lay the wings in an even layer onto the rack and then spray one more time with a light coating of oil. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip all the wings, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the wings from the oven and place into a serving bowl, drizzle with the rest of the lemon juice, honey and chopped cilantro. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce if desired and enjoy.
