HEALTHY CILANTRO LIME WINGS Oct 7 Written By Eleanor Debel PrintCILANTRO LIME WINGSYield 4Prep time10 MinCook time20 MinInactive time2 HourTotal time2 H & 30 MIngredients1-2 lbs chicken wings 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 limes, zested and juiced1 Tbsp honey 1 jalapeno, stem removed 4 garlic cloves 1 Tbsp seasoning blend of choice Fresh cilantro for garnish Spicy ranch for dipping InstructionsIn a food processor or blender combine the cilantro, leaves and stems, olive oil, lime zest and juice, honey, jalapeno, garlic and seasoning blend or spices. Blend until smooth. Place the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl and pour the marinade over the wings. Toss so that every chicken wing is coated in marinade. Cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours and preferably overnight. Preheat your oven to 375 F on convection bake. Prepare a sheet tray lined with a wire rack. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place into one layer on the prepared sheet tray. Bake for 15 minutes, flip all the wings over and place back into the oven for another 10-12 minutes until all the wings are golden brown and crispy. Serve with extra fresh cilantro sprinkled over top and spicy ranch for dipping.
