Boil the 1.5 liters of water and pour over the hibiscus mixture.Let steep for 10 minutes then strain all the solids out. Let cool in the fridge before serving.To serve, add 1/4 cup of hibiscus tea to a shaker with a couple leaves of mint and an orange slice. Fill with ice then water to fill and shake until chilled.
