DUBAI CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES Mar 6 Written By Eleanor Debel PrintDUBAI CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES Yield 1Prep time10 MinCook time5 MinTotal time15 Min Ingredients 1 package kataifi (shredded phyllo dough) 2 Tbsp ghee 1 Tbsp tahin1 pint strawberries, washed and cored i 1 jar pistachio cream 8 oz melted chocolate ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios InstructionsCut the phyllo kataifi into 1 inch pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ghee, once melted add the kataifi and cook, stirring constantly, until toasted and golden brown. Add in the Tahini and stir until the phyllo is coated, then add in the pistachio cream and stir until coated. Remove from the heat and set aside. To assemble: Add a layer of the tahini pistachio phyllo to the bottom of a jar or deep bowl, then add a layer of strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios. Repeat this process until you’ve filled your container, get a little bit of everything on a fork and enjoy!
