Cook, stirring until the onion is softened. Add in the capers, green peas and spices and stir to combine. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, about 1 minute then add in the orzo pasta and vegetable stock. Bring this mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cook, covered, for 6-8 minutes or according to the package instructions for al dente pasta depending on the type of pasta you are using. When the pasta is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed, stir in the cream and parmesan cheese.
