HONEY SRIRACHA NOODLES

Ingredients

• 14oz rice noodles (I like to use Thai Kitchen stir fry rice noodles for best results)
• ¼ cup sriracha
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1 tsp chili oil or chili crisp
• 1 Tbsp kewpie mayo
• ¼ tsp sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp freshly chopped chives

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook your rice noodles according to the package instructions.
2. In a bowl, stir together the sriracha, honey, chili crisp, mayo, sesame oil and chopped chives. Taste and adjust seasonings.
3. Pour the sauce over cooked rice noodles and toss to combine so all the noodles are evenly coated. Serve immediately and enjoy.
