Stir in the minced garlic and let cook for about 10 seconds, then add in the dried parsley, oregano, cumin, paprika, chipotle chili powder and old bay. Stir and cook for another 10 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the beef stock to the seasoned butter and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
