Once melted, add brown sugar, pecans and breadcrumbs. Stir and allow to toast for about 5 minutes. Nuts will become fragrant. Set aside and allow to cool.Lay salmon filet on a rack placed on a baking sheet and spread the Dijon mustard onto the salmon, then sprinkle on the Cajun seasoning.
