Using a butter knife or small spatula fill the inside of the dates with peanut butter. Arrange the filled dates on a platter and drizzle the dates with the melted chocolate. Let the chocolate cool slightly then sprinkle them with chopped nuts and a little salt. Let the chocolate set and then serve and enjoy. These will keep in the fridge, covered, for up to 1 week.
