CHEESY BEEF SPRING ROLLS
Ingredients
12-15 egg roll wrappers
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped small
1/2 bell pepper, chopped small
1 jalapeño, chopped small
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Optional:Finely grated cheese of your choice
Directions
Step 1
For the filling: Heat oil on medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Then add onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, garlic, Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together and cook for another minute. Remove from the pan and set aside until it’s time to assemble the spring rolls.
Step 2
Take one egg roll wrap and place on a flat surface. Spoon 2 Tbsps of the filling in the middle. Sprinkle on cheese if preferred. Fold the left and right side into the middle, then using the bottom tuck the filling in, and roll tightly. Repeat with all the filling making 12-15 egg rolls.
Step 3
Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and air fry at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
