BREAKFAST POTATOES WITH OSMO
Ingredients
2 lb russet or Yukon Gold Potatoes
Osmo salt to taste
4 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp Olive oil
Parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the potatoes, bring back to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, or until slightly tender. Drain potatoes.
Step 3
Heat butter and olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add potatoes, season with salt and allow to sear undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Season with garlic powder, chili powder and black pepper. Toss to fully coat, continue to cook, occasionally stirring for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley, and an optional squeeze of lemon juice.
